New Dishes

1. 酱鲜嫩鱿



用了五种酱: 甜面酱, 海鲜酱, 辣椒酱,豆瓣酱, 番茄酱。甜面酱居主,嫩鱿鱼或者小墨鱼下锅炒前用水焯一下。锅里先放葱姜和上述五种酱炒熟, 再放下鱿鱼拌炒盛起, 很好吃, 鲜嫩!

2. 玫瑰鸡翅



先将鸡翅下水焯至变色捞出, 再抹上玫瑰腐乳,撒上葱段姜丝用大火蒸熟。
