Isn't this wonderful? The YouTube generation is discovering the video resume, there are already 1,590 entries listed under "Resume" and many of them impressed employers and got the on-site opportunities.
Are we ready for ourselves to make an online video resume? Probably not. But at least, I am not rejecting the idea to hire someone with a Popcorn at hand.

I am only afraid the empolyers have no time to see it because they are disturbed by sooooo many email resumes.
