Harold the Purple Crayon

My little one is a big fan of the cartoon these days.
He watched about two episodes each day.

Then, he always holds a purple crayon by himself, drawing purple pictures everywhere,
except that they are not becoming real. But how he looks like Harold !

Whale

I really liked the whale in the lake before my hotel when I visited Bremen, Germany last week.

It is a science museum actually.

Another example on how German liked science: They build a very high tower which can be vacuumed to just accurately measur "g", the "g" in the formula " 1/2*g*t^2 = H" formula.

They actually do that for people who wish to practice the scientific experiment inside the tower.

Is this crazy, such as, pulingl all the air out of that tall tower ? At least it needs a lot of fuel to complete just one experiment.
This high tower is also near my hotel which is located right outside of University of Bremen.
Compared to the bay area, Bremen is a very quiet seashore town. A lot of bicyclist and walkers along the well reserved trails into Forest. It is as humid as Seattle. Walnut Creek is very hot and dry in the summer so that I feel kind of refreshed from the atmosphere.
