回国杂感

这次回去转了一个月，谈点感想：

坏的方面：

（１） 国内的空气气候什么的不是太好， 空气灰尘污染大， 容易让人生各种各样的毛病。

（２）国人仍然爱随地吐痰，让人恶心还传播病菌。

（３）人多， 地铁等公交总塞得满是人。

（４）空调仍不普及，特别是些小地方。

（５）小孩食物，衣服，用品不相称地贵，买了心里也不踏实。

好的方面：

（１）＂吃＂。 各种各样的餐馆林立，早点，夜市，排档，湘菜徽菜京菜粤菜苏帮菜， 热食冷饮干的湿的无所不有。 菜味道都很好也不贵，这是在美国望尘莫及的。

（２）＂买＂。不错的价格买到漂亮可心的东西，很多工艺品做工精美。还有丝绸，在苏杭买，绝对的桑蚕丝，都很实惠。

（３）人工便宜。在美国量体裁衣是影星们才能享受的奢侈品，在中国的小裁缝十几块就能给你做件不错的衣服， 还带设计的。

（４）同学聚会。十几年不见，大家仍能神吹海侃，指点江山，激扬文字，那种文化融合的感觉，以及淡隐淡约的乡情，是很让人留恋的。

Company Lottery

I won the company Christmas lottery for the 2nd time, yesterday.

They announced 5 winners each day, for 12 consecutive days, during the holiday season. So there are 60 winners each year. The average winning rate is about 60/500= 12%.

Ok, not too bad for me, considering I have been here for only 3 years. Most of people here had won at least once or twice. But there is an extreme case --- actually my manager --- he had been here for 25 years but not winning a single time. Is that statistically possible ?

Black Friday

It is the first time I ever went to a store when it was still dark outside to be a store "early bird". Shop like crazy ( Of course we have done our research online before conducting the actions). A lot of fun.

When we get outside from the long check-out line, it was only 7:00 O'clock and then we rushed to other stores to continue... It feels so good to have done so much at only 9:30am, perfect time for some Dim-Sum :-)

It is a long time to be so relaxed and to feel so together with each other again, alone.

最近怪事连连， 好多事都意想不到，长见识。以后有机会再细说。

手谈逸事

好久没下围棋了。
最近在 amazon.com 上购得光滑云子一套， 还又新鲜竹板做的棋盘。和禾斗大战两局， 一胜一负，不亦乐乎! 两孩子也都好喜欢， 还煞有介事的对垒， 不过是往上你一手我一手的摆子罢了。 找机会慢慢给他们启蒙吧。

围棋和我们家颇有渊源。十几年以前， 和老公便是以之相识的。那时我还是所谓的科大女子围棋亚军， 很得意的一件事便是胜过一少年班女生。 刚开始下棋老公战战兢兢，觉得数学系的女子亚军可不是好对付的。 不过， 很快我的弱点就被发现了， 老公得意扬扬地提出让我四子。 现在还是让我四子。他曾有志进军棋界， 在一次比赛中败给一少年后便心灰意冷了。其实大可不必， 那位少年后来是全国少年围棋冠军。运气不好过早地碰上了。

流水帐

又地震了，
大约凌晨时分。
垃圾工人还在罢工，
都两三周了。
工作依然，
每天骑车上班，
想着何时大震。
